Therefor our unique services include first responders as our reaction officers on our response vehicles they service crime related and non-crime related incidents. All our reaction vehicles are equipped with the necessary equipment to stabilize a patient while we are waiting for an ambulance to transport the patient to a nearby hospital if needed.

Our onboard trained first responders are there for any crime related or non-crime related medical incident, for managements, staff members, guests, and tenants. They will make every effort to treat the patient in their scope of qualification.
If there may be an incident where a more advance qualified paramedic is needed, we will get the needed assistance.
We have partnered with NetCare911 Emergency Medical Services, if they do not have an available crew for the incident, we will make use of another Emergency Medical Service.

We as your security service provider will make every effort to do a general checkup once or twice a month which includes:
For all your employees, if requested to do so. We can offer Security Guards who are First Aid Level 1 qualified to make sure if there is a medical incident our guards can assist until one of our first responders arrive and can dispatch an ambulance if needed. Our guards can also have Basic Fire fighting courses done if needed.
