Our response officers include trained first responders who attend both crime-related and non-crime-related medical incidents.
They assist within the scope of their qualifications and use available equipment to support initial care while further help is arranged where required.
When an incident requires a paramedic or ambulance, our team coordinates appropriate emergency medical assistance. First response does not replace ambulance transport or hospital care.

Trained people
First responders support clients and people on protected premises. First-aid trained guards can also be arranged according to site requirements.
Response equipment
Equipment can include a medical jump bag, oxygen cylinder, blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter and blood glucose monitor.
Further assistance
Our team can coordinate additional medical support when a more advanced level of care or ambulance transport is required.
